A Day at Camp

GrowFit camps are specially formulated to help your kiddo maximize the balance between playing sports, socializing and having fun. With each GrowFit camp, a typical day is outlined by our coaches to create a unique, one-of-a-kind experience every single camp day.

Please Note: This is a mock schedule that is not reflective of our Covid-19 procedures and regulations. Our schedules change day-to-day at each location with each team and are pulled from GrowFit’s propietary P.E. Curriculum of over 2,000 games.
