A Day at GrowFit Camp

At our camps, we make sure each child gets the perfect mix of sports, new games, making friends, and having a blast. Our awesome camp directors plan out each day to give your camper a special, fun-filled experience every time they come to camp!

Please Note: This is a mock sample schedule for our littlest and biggest campers. Our plans change daily at each location, customized for each group using GrowFit’s proprietary curriculum with more than 2,000 games. Each Bay Area camp location has its own cool games and vibe, making every day a new and exciting camp!

Sample Games & Activities From GrowFit's Physical Education Curriculum
Angry Chicken

Angry Chicken is a fun way to work strategy into your kiddo’s play. The objective is to work together with your teammates to keep the chicken from figuring out who stole the egg by hiding it until you can get it back to your hideout.

Soccer

Soccer is played in a 3 vs. 3 Scrimmage. In this game, the objective is to score goals by advancing down the field into the opposing team’s goal.

Save The Turtles

Save the Turtles is a game where your kiddos are marine biologists (runners) are on assignment in Turtle Island to save the turtles from the pirates (throwers). Your goal is to run across the field to bring the turtles back to the biology lab (baseline) safely.

Treasure Stash

Treasure Stash is a game where your objective as pirates is to work with your team to capture all the treasure (fuzzy balls) and bring it back to your ship without getting arrested by the Navy (tagger).
