Redwood City Fall Day Camps

Growfit is a great, fun place for my high-energy, active 5 year old. My son loves the counselors, especially coach elijah and the bounce house. He also loves the lunches.

My daughters ages 10, and 8 just finished a summer camp with GrowFit, and really enjoyed it. The camp seemed well-organized, and we liked that they provided lunch. My 10 y/o was especially proud of herself to score a goal in soccer playing against mostly boys. 🙂

Our kiddo really enjoyed his all day sports camp with GrowFit - they got to play a variety of fun games and learn a lot about teamwork. Thanks, Coach Liam!

Coach Fisher and team were great! Huge amount of respect for them all and my child had a blast all week. Very fun, very welcoming, the kids love it and are happy to stay all day with the team at GrowFit - highly recommend!

Our 5-year-old son had an absolute blast at this camp! He came home every day exhausted and happy, telling us all about the new sports he tried. A huge shout-out to Coach Riley—she was incredible with the little ones, so patient and encouraging, and made every activity feel like a fun game. We'll definitely be back next summer!

Booked last minute care on Saturday for the following week and was confirmed by Sunday. My son had had an amazing time playing sports all day and they provide lunch which is a win for me. Coach Liam was amazing and really put time and effort into each kid at camp.

My son really enjoyed his time at sports camp. He talked about all the games and fun he had! He made new friends and felt so comfortable with the coaches. Thank you Coach Olivia and Coach Ryan. We will definitely come back again. My son still talks about you coaches ❤️🌷

My kids love GrowFit. Great for active, sports lovers. I love the flexibility of being able to sign up by week or by day. They have a great counselor in training program for older kids too! And their whole staff is amazing - Russ, Elijah, Liam. So grateful for this camp!

My preschooler loved growfit (sports camp as he called it!). The coaches were kind and the kids all seemed happy. I’m sure we’ll come back again.

Awesome summer camp!

My eight year old went to Grow Fit for the first time this week and she had a blast. She usually is pretty ambivalent about the camps she goes to, but she came home asking if she could go back. The convenience of being able to book single days cannot be beat as well. Really glad we found this program.

Our daughter loved the summer camp, it had a great range of activities to keep kids active and being indoors helped with summer heat.

Our 5-year-old really loves going to GrowFit Sports Camp! He's been going since he was four, and they have a variety of engaging activities throughout the day. It has been a wonderful addition to our rotation, with camp offered throughout the summer, as well as during school breaks. As busy parents, we really appreciate the safe and fun social environment this camp offers. Many thanks to Coaches Olivia and Riley and the rest of the team!

My daughter had a great experience at GrowFit as a Counselor in Training. She learned invaluable leadership and conflict resolution skills. She really enjoyed her time. Thank you to coaches Olivia and Riley for being great mentors! My daughter will be back as a CIT!

The RWC GrowFit Camp has been a great childcare experience for me and my son. It's so much more than a safe place to stick your kid during school breaks. The coaches and youth staff provide so much knowledge and enrichment, not to mention the benefit of physical exercise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a summer/spring/fall activity for their children.

my son is 4 years and this has been his 1st summer camp.. it was a slow start week 1 but halfway through week 3, he is really enjoying camp! he is getting more resilient, learning to play new games and likes the mix of activities + interaction with other kids! coach riley has been pretty amazing! she is kind and helpful!

Our girls like this camp. They always make friends and have now beeing going there throughout the year as a preferred destination to play and have fun. Coaches are very energetic and enthusiast, they have a great team.

Growfit has been an absolute gem of a find, and we couldn’t be happier that we stumbled across it! We wanted to find a camp where our 4 and 5 year old boys would feel stimulated throughout the week. From day one, the environment felt completely safe and welcoming, exactly what you want as a parent. The activities they plan from 9-4 were so much fun and our two boys have not stopped talking about it since, which says everything!

What really sets Growfit apart is the team. Thank you to Russ and the coaches on the day; Riley, Sarah, Olivia and Elijah, were absolutely amazing with our boys, kind, thoughtful, caring, and went above and beyond to make their time memorable. The team really invest in every child they work with and to find that level of warmth and dedication, really made all the difference.

Without hesitation, we’d rank Growfit as one of the best summer camps in the Bay Area. If you’re looking for a place where your kids will be safe, supported, and have the time of their lives, look no further. We’ll definitely be signing up again. Highly recommend! 🙌

Coach J was a wonderful and nurturing coach for my shy kiddo. She loves attending sports camp because she has been welcomed with such warm, welcoming arms.

Elijah went above and beyond to support my child and make sure that he was safe and engaged.

Growfit Summer Camp has been fantastic experience for my child! The sessions were engaging, and truly boosted my child’s confidence. A big shoutout to Coach Grant and Coach Riley for their incredible support and motivation—they really brought out the best in my kid. All the counselors in training and other coaches have been very supportive as well. My daughter has developed a flare for basketball and soccer as a result of her summer camp at Growfit. Highly recommend this camp! We will be returning for any future camps.

We have enrolled our kids in GrowFit summer camp for the past 10 years and they never disappoint, they have a great program that keeps the kids wanting to come back for more.
Also the Staff is very professional and attentive to every kid’s needs. Great job GrowFit.

My kid LOVES this camp and the coaches. She always comes home tired and happy! It is very nice to know I can send my kid here and know they are safe and having tons of fun. I love how coach Grant was giving out cards to everyone for us to leave a review.

This camp is amazing. The checkout and check in process is very safe and secure! One of the best summer camps in the area. My kids always come home exhausted and talk about how fun it was! One of my kids was in coach Grants group and he was amazing with the kids!

Liam did a great job as a counselor/coach this week. He provided me with a safe and comfortable space and he made the whole camp experience something that I could ease into. He ran all of the games in a fair way and sometimes adjusted to help me have fun too.

My daughter (4.5 years) had a wonderful time at GrowFit Camp during her spring break. This was her first time at camp and she came home excited to tell me all about her days. The food was kid friendly despite my kiddo being picky and she seemed very comfortable with all the kids and the counselors. Counselor Z was amazing at making her comfortable and giving us a daily report on her. The whole team was super well organized. When my kiddo got a busted lip on the last day of camp I got a prompt phone call and my kiddo told me they iced it and treated it until she felt better - exactly what I'd hope for in that scenario. Overall, I'll absolutely be sending her again next year 🙂

Sports house grow fit spring break was awesome! My son enjoyed all the sports programming they had including keep your garden games and soccer. I highly recommend their services for school breaks and look forward to signing my son up again in the future
