Qilong Yuan2 days agoSent both of my daughters here for a drop-in day camp, and they both absolutely loved it! They offered a variety of activities. According to my girls, the instructors are really chill, dodgeball and the bouncy house were major highlights, and even though rollerskating was super challenging for their first time, they had a blast. Coach Lex even followed up with a thoughtful note about how they did afterwards. Highly recommend this camp if you don't mind the price tag. 😛

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at GrowFit San Jose! The environment is positive, welcoming, and full of energy, and the coaches truly care about the kids.
A special shout-out to Coach Bri and Coach Sarah! They are both amazing—patient, encouraging, enthusiastic, and great at making every child feel included and confident. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working with the kids and put a lot of effort into making every activity fun and engaging.
Our child always looks forward to coming to GrowFit and leaves happy and excited. We really appreciate Coach Bri, Coach Sarah, and the entire GrowFit San Jose team for creating such a fun and supportive place for kids.

I also appreciate that it’s in doors so I don’t have to worry about sunburns or overheating. Janesse Hill2 weeks agoMy son had a lot of fun at the grow fit program. He appreciated the variety of organized game and free time to connect with other kids. A added bonus was that they were allowed to bring their favorite wheels

Sam Brunnings2 weeks agoGrowFit Camp for my kids has been a blessing. This is their third summer in a row attending camp, and they always look forward to it and enjoy it. They get to play fun games throughout the day that keep both their minds and their bodies, busy, so I get happy but tired kids at the end of the day. This summer, my son who just turned 13 is now a counselor in training, and he is really enjoying it!
All of the staff there are wonderful, especially Coach Lex. I can’t recommend this program enough for parents in the South Bay looking for somewhere positive and healthy to send their kids during the summer for a week or two.Response from the owner:Third summer in a row and a new CIT this year! She loves the coaches and all the different activities especially the jump houses, skating, basketball, and football. She made a lot of new friends while she was a camper and has been a Counselor In Training for the past 2 years to help out with the little kids. It’s great how the camp sends photos and how easy it is to sign up by week or by each day. We normally just send the kids 1-2 days during the school breaks and Mia always remembers my kids. Peter Song (PedroCancion)1 month agoI love GrowFit. It's been part of our summer break for the past 3 years and helps fill in some off weeks through the summer. Love that there doesn't seem to be a ton of turnover and so every year the kids see a familiar face with the staff. They're well organized and everything runs smoothly. Cherie Rissanen1 month agoMy 6 year old loves this camp. Always has a great time, and they are open on most of the days schools are closed which is very convenient. He got tons of exercise, made new friends and slept well at night. Elizabeth Sterling9 months agoIf your children love being active, then they are going to love this camp. Honestly, even if they don't love being active, they'll still like this camp (my 12yo did). The kids shared how they loved being able to just play with other kids for a whole day and they really enjoyed the various activities the coaches curated. camille mcclure1 year agoMy son had the best time! He enjoyed all of the programs and was particularly excited about having Coach Thomas as his coach for the week. Thomas was wonderful with him and we're so grateful for the amazing experience he created for our 6 year old. In the past, when our son was placed in the older group because of his size, he struggled to make friends or keep up. This time, it was a breeze, in large part because of Coach Thomas. Danny John2 years agoMy 6 year old son attended the GrowFit summer camp at the Plex and it turned out to be a such a great experience for him. The whole camp was indoors which helped us avoid the summer heat. The camp was very engaging in several sports and physical activities. They got to play soccer, ride glowing scooters, playing bouncy castles, and many more. They also had coloring when kids wanted to unwind. The staff here was very accommodating and understanding. They were very friendly and we could see that they were taking good care of the kids. Erin Horan3 years agoWe have absolutely loved having our 8 year old son go to the growfit camp at the Plex during the school breaks! The camp is very organized and fun for the kids. My son enjoyed going everyday and even asked to go on days I hadn't signed him up. They keep them very active with soccer, indoor rock climbing, jump house, flag football, tag, and kickball. He enjoyed the camp counselors and was so excited to challenge himself to learn a dance and earn a popsickle! These camps are great during the school breaks. Chantia Carroll3 years agoGrowfit is great for kids to be active while having lots of fun. The coaches all are kind, listens, communicates and are very welcoming. My son loves the bouncy house, rock climbing and the end of the day frozen treat. He looks forward to going every day. It's very easy to sign up weekly or daily last minute.

They have an advantage over their rivals because they are located inside and have air conditioning, which is especially advantageous during the sweltering summer months. Ariana Bolton5 years agoMy son had a great time at this camp! He said it was his favorite summer camp that he’s been to. He was able to do and try so many different things- bounce houses, roller hockey, rock wall climbing, dodge ball, kickball, musical chairs, and all kinds of other fun games! The counselors were amazing, and it was clear they were invested in the kids. They knew my son after the first day, and myself as well. I wish I’d had him try it earlier in the summer because I would have added additional weeks. We’ll definitely be back for camp here next year! Thank you to everyone at the GrowFit camp. You all did an amazing job and my son had a blast!
