Our Winter Break Day Camp at The Plex is the ultimate destination for young sports enthusiasts! This indoor camp blends classic sports like basketball, flag football, and soccer with exciting activities like indoor rock climbing, bounce houses, and black light skating. Campers can also relax during lunch in our digitally simulated aquarium room. Give your child a day of adventure and learning outside of school. Age-Appropriate Grouping: We organize kids ages four to twelve into groups with peers close in age, allowing them to enjoy games suited to their level and build friendships through shared interests.
Focus on Safety and Engagement: Ensuring your child’s safety and involvement is our top priority. Each group is guided by a dedicated educator who connects personally with campers, creating a supportive, inclusive environment.
Inclusive Community: Our camp approach encourages kids to explore new sports confidently, make lasting memories with friends, and feel part of a warm, welcoming community.
Variety of Games: Each day, campers engage in nine different 30-minute games at the sportsplex, selected from our popular PE curriculum. This mix of classic favorites and fresh, unique games keeps every day exciting and new.
Regular Breaks: We schedule regular breaks throughout the day for water, snacks, and the always-popular popsicle treat, ensuring campers stay refreshed, energized, and cheerful.
End-of-Day Recognition: The day wraps up with a group session where each camper is acknowledged. Through positive feedback from both counselors and peers, we create a happy, rewarding close to a fun-filled day.
Our camps run from 9 AM to 4 PM during Winter Break when school is out.

My son absolutely loved the summer camp! It was his first time attending this sports camp, and he had such a great experience that I’m already planning to register him for the winter camp. My daughter joined summer camp at Growfit. I didn’t personally get to see Coach Mia in action during camp, but my child came home talking about her and sharing how much she enjoyed having her as a coach. Hearing my child speak so positively about her made me really appreciate the impact she had during her time at GrowFit Camp.

Sent both of my daughters here for a drop-in day camp, and they both absolutely loved it! They offered a variety of activities. According to my girls, the instructors are really chill, dodgeball and the bouncy house were major highlights, and even though rollerskating was super challenging for their first time, they had a blast. Coach Lex even followed up with a thoughtful note about how they did afterwards. Highly recommend this camp if you don't mind the price tag. 😛

My son has been going there for the past 3 summers and he absolutely loves it! The coaches are great with the kids especially Coach Joanna and Coach Bri. There are a lot of activities to keep the kids busy all day. Definitely worth the money.

My kid loves this camp! All facilities are indoors and very clean. The activities keep them active. It’s a great choice for those in-between summer weeks. I received pictures of each day’s fun. The coach also reached out with a personal summary recap of how the week went!

My son had such a good time at GrowFit camp. We like that there’s different activities through out the day so he doesn’t get bored. I also appreciate that it’s in doors so I don’t have to worry about sunburns or overheating. Coach Maya made a lasting impression on him with her kindness!

My son had a lot of fun at the grow fit program. He appreciated the variety of organized game and free time to connect with other kids. A added bonus was that they were allowed to bring their favorite wheels from home. He said his coach Lex was warm and friendly and would do the camp again.

My daughter has been going to the GrowFit camps for 6 years. She loves the coaches and all the different activities especially the jump houses, skating, basketball, and football. She made a lot of new friends while she was a camper and has been a Counselor In Training for the past 2 years to help out with the little kids. It’s great how the camp sends photos and how easy it is to sign up by week or by each day. I highly recommend the camp run by Coaches Sara, Maddy, Russ, and Lex.

My son went to growfit camp for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. Coach Mia and the other coaches did a good job making him comfortable and he adjusted quite well with their program and got to make new friends

I love GrowFit. It's been part of our summer break for the past 3 years and helps fill in some off weeks through the summer. Love that there doesn't seem to be a ton of turnover and so every year the kids see a familiar face with the staff. They're well organized and everything runs smoothly. Also pricing is super reasonable compared to other camps around SJ - best bang for your buck IMO. Thank you Coach Maddy and Mya!

My 6 year old loves this camp. Always has a great time, and they are open on most of the days schools are closed which is very convenient. They are also open well into August as well which is great for the kids in schools that start later. Coach Mya is awesome as well 😊.

Amazing summer camp experience. The hours are generous to working parents, and my 5 year old had the very best time. He got tons of exercise, made new friends and slept well at night. I'd recommend, especially for really energetic kids.

If your children love being active, then they are going to love this camp. Honestly, even if they don't love being active, they'll still like this camp (my 12yo did). The kids shared how they loved being able to just play with other kids for a whole day and they really enjoyed the various activities the coaches curated. The staff was also super helpful.

My son had the best time! He enjoyed all of the programs and was particularly excited about having Coach Thomas as his coach for the week. Absolutely fabulous! My children love this camp and come home happy and exhausted at the end of the day. There are a variety of activities for them to do throughout the day and the flexibility to sit out if they don't want to participate in that particular game.

The camp was very engaging in several sports and physical activities. They got to play soccer, ride glowing scooters, playing bouncy castles, and many more. They also had coloring when kids wanted to unwind. The staff here was very accommodating and understanding. They were very friendly and we could see that they were taking good care of the kids. We have absolutely loved having our 8 year old son go to the growfit camp at the Plex during the school breaks! The camp is very organized and fun for the kids. My son enjoyed going everyday and even asked to go on days I hadn't signed him up. They keep them very active with soccer, indoor rock climbing, jump house, flag football, tag, and kickball. He enjoyed the camp counselors and was so excited to challenge himself to learn a dance and earn a popsickle! These camps are great during the school breaks. Growfit is great for kids to be active while having lots of fun. The coaches all are kind, listens, communicates and are very welcoming.
