San Ramon Fall Day Camps

My son did 3 weeks of the All Day Sports Camp here, and had a blast. Coach Emmett and the rest of the team made the whole day enjoyable with a fun set of activities, and my son came home happy every single day of camp. I am so glad I could drop him off here with ease, knowing that my son was well taken care of. I really appreciated the program, the fun activities and the friendly staff. Thank You!

Great summer camp experience! My son attended GrowFit Summer Camp and absolutely loved it. The schedule was well balanced - half a day of soccer and half a day of other games and activities, so he was never bored. A special shoutout to Coach Casey J, who was fantastic with the kids and made every day fun. Highly recommend!

Our son absolutely loved GrowFit Camp! He enjoyed it so much that he said he wished he could go there all summer. 😊 He especially loved playing soccer and dodgeball, along with all the other fun activities they had throughout the week. He also mentioned how much he liked the coaches and how patient they were with the kids while helping them learn new skills every day. And of course, the popsicles at the end of each day were a big highlight! 😉

Coach AJ was our son’s coach, and we really appreciated how patient and supportive he was throughout the week. When we asked him for feedback, he was very honest and thoughtful about the progress he had observed during our son’s week at camp. He also took the time to send us an email at the end of the week sharing his observations and a report on how our son did. That personal touch made the experience extra special for me as a parent.

Another thing I really loved was that they shared camp pictures every day! Once kids are past the daycare and preschool years, you rarely get pictures of what they’re doing during the day anymore. Our son is 8, for context, and it was so nice to get a little glimpse into his day and see pictures of him enjoying himself at camp.

Overall, we had such a positive experience with GrowFit Camp. Our son came home happy and excited about his day, and I really appreciated the patience of the coaches, the communication with parents, the daily pictures, and the personal feedback at the end of the week. It really felt like they cared about making the week both fun and meaningful for the kids. We would definitely recommend GrowFit Camp!

I found GrowFit through my company's backup care program, and I'm so glad we enrolled our child. I was looking for a camp that offered sports for a high-energy kid, but we quickly discovered they offer so much more—painting, bounce houses, LEGO activities, and a variety of fun games.

The owner and staff are wonderful: welcoming, caring, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Our child had such a great experience that they wanted to keep attending even after our backup care days ended.

I highly recommend GrowFit to any family looking for a fun, active, and nurturing environment for their child.

I'm glad this camp is offered over the summers to a younger age group. It's nice that they have a drop in option, so you don't have to commit to the entire week if you are uncertain if it is a right fit for your child. I was hesitant at first since my 4-yr old daughter didn't seem to have the attention span or the aggressiveness for some sports but she had a blast at the All Sports camp. Activities are tailored to the age group. I enjoyed looking through the photos that they sent each day. Thanks to coach Meilani taking care of my child.

Amazing camp! Our daughter had so much fun all week doing sports, arts & crafts, celebrating the World Cup, and making friends. Camp staff were very helpful and friendly, and gave us amazing updates through emails and photos of the kids each day. I would highly recommend checking this camp out. One other nice thing is that it is indoors and during really hot summer weather, it can give you peace of mind to know your kid isn't overheating (but still being very active!) or sunburned 🙂 Love this camp! GrowFit was such a great experience for my son. I liked how easy it was to sign up without needing to commit for a whole week. All the coaches were friendly especially coach AJ who engaged my son right away. My son was feeling a little nervous to join a new camp but Coach AJ chatted with him in a gentle and causal way which made my son immediately comfortable which made drop off so easy. We’ll be back!

Our daughter had such a great week at Growfit’s science & sports camp! Everyday was a different science activity and sport. We appreciated the TLC from the team. Very happy and can’t wait to do it again next year.

This was my six year old son's first all day camp, and we were pretty anxious regarding if he would like it, feel comfortable, and all the other things parents worry about. He ended up LOVING it from day one. There are so many great activities the staff put on throughout the day that there was fun and excitement at every turn!

And speaking of the staff, they are amazing. Our son was grouped with the super cool Coach Kennedy, and I know my son's experience was maximized to the fullest with her running the show. She really made it comfortable for us parents to leave our children with her for the entire day.

I would 100% recommend this camp to someone looking for a fun, activity filled day. We will definitely be going back again.

It’s the perfect camp for kids who love to stay active and always have something fun to do. He came home happily exhausted every day and was actually ready for bed early, which is definitely not normal in our house!

He’s already asking if he can go back next summer. We couldn’t recommend this camp more!

My six year old son did the All Day Sports Camp and absolutely had a blast. He had Coach Kennedy and her positive attitude and energy was infectious. It really set a tremendous tone for the day and I’m so happy this type of camp is offered in the summers. My son had two weeks of summer camp here and enjoyed his time with Coach Emmett and Coach Casey. He enjoyed all the sport activities and the coaches made it engaging and fun! I also love the big indoor space compared to other outdoor sports camps in the summer when it’s so hot. It’s his 2nd summer here and he asks to come back next year. He’s been to a lot of different summer camps, some he wishes to never attend again but he always asks to come back here.

We highly recommend GrowFit Summer Camp! One of the best things about this camp is its huge indoor facility. The kids have plenty of space to run and play without being exposed to the hot summer sun, and the indoor temperature is always comfortable. The camp is also organized by age groups, which helps ensure both safety and age-appropriate activities.

Our children's coach, Coach Meilani, is amazing. She is energetic, enthusiastic, and truly attentive to each child. She carefully observes the kids during activities, and whenever we asked about how our children did that day, she always took the time to explain everything patiently and thoughtfully.

Our kids look forward to camp every day and come home excited to share everything they learned and experienced. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely continue enrolling them in GrowFit Summer Camp. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kabir loves coach meilani, Kennedy and Emmett- they are amazing, friendly and teache them extremely well. They are the reason he wants to come to the camp again next year , vir is a new bie at the camp! He just turned 4 and everyone has tried their best to make him comfortable and make the experience the best for him! Thanks to the coaches for working so hard and making their day fun!!

Really happy with this camp, the staff are all friendly and professional, it runs until 4pm, it’s reasonably priced and my 8 year old son loves it: he runs in every day.

We love this summer camp! First week was with Coach Milani and second week was with Coach Emerson - they both immediately connected with the kids and made them feel so welcomed and happy to be there. We only signed up for two weeks this year but will be back next year for sure.

My 9yr old started GrowFit last week (week1 of summer). She’ll be there all 9 of 10 available weeks and I’m excited to see her play sports and get stronger this summer. Last week was great; everyday at pickup she’d report back on a variety of sports played. She is an active kid and I’m confident this place will keep her mind & body busy.

The staff has been great and always welcoming/helpful. I love that this is an indoor sports camp since I know how hot summers get. The camp is split into “bigs” and “littles” which it’s nice to see they have age appropriate stuff for all kids.

I signed my two boys (4 yr old and 5 yr old) for spring break camp and thank god they loved it!

I chose GrowFit because it is sports focused and I figured it would be suitable for my active boys. It was my first time signing my kids up for a spring break camp so I felt a bit nervous about how they would react to a new environment. My worries were immediately put to rest when I saw the fun interactions my kids had with coach John upon them leaving after the first day. With a big smile on his face, my boy was saying "you are the best!" back and forth with coach John. After returning home, they shared with me how much they liked playing football, basketball, tags, jumping house, and golf.

I am thankful that the team at GrowFit took great care of my boys. Thank you and I highly recommend their camp program!

We are a big fan of Growfit. We signed up for Winter Camp. My kids aged 4 years and 7 years old loved it! It was a perfect experience when school's out. Kids did a mix of sports like soccer, basketball, bounce house and met new friends. We will definitely be back for Spring or Summer!

This is an amazing program for kids. It's super organized and is focused on giving kids a much needed daily dose of fun, sports and exercise.

Nicole and all the staff have been so welcoming to my son and our family. They are genuinely happy to see my son when he comes through the door and that is a big part of what has made him feel comfortable and safe.
